Question 1

How much is hibachi catering in Orlando, FL?

Accepted Answer

In Orlando, FL, hibachi catering is $55.00 per adult and $30.00 per child, with a $550.00 minimum spend. Most events also include a travel fee based on the exact event address. A 20% chef tip is suggested, and payment is cash only after the service.

Question 2

Does an Orlando-area rental listing guarantee hibachi service?

Accepted Answer

No. Send the exact event address, preferred date, and guest count to the booking team. Check the property host's rules and the proposed cooking area before confirming the dinner.

Question 3

Can the chef cook inside a screened pool enclosure?

Accepted Answer

Do not assume that an enclosure is suitable. Share the setup with the team and property owner for review, and confirm an approved cooking area before booking.

Question 4

When and how do I pay, and is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Payment is made directly to the chef via cash after the party. A deposit may be required to secure your booking and confirm the chef's schedule. If a deposit is required, the remaining balance is paid after the party.

Question 5

What should I prepare for the party?

Accepted Answer

Your hibachi chef brings the grill, cooking setup, food, and live hibachi entertainment. Please provide tables and chairs arranged around the cooking area, plus plates, salad bowls, eating utensils, napkins, and drinks. We usually cook outdoors, including suitable patios, terraces, balconies, and covered outdoor areas. Indoor setups may be possible only when there is enough space, proper ventilation, and the location allows it. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure about your setup.

Question 6

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Accepted Answer

No. Tables and chairs are not included with our standard service, so guests should plan to provide their own. However, rentals are available in select service areas. Please contact our customer service team to confirm availability and pricing for your location.

Question 7

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

We provide services rain or shine, as long as there is a dry area for the chef to cook under. The cooking area must be safe, covered, and protected from heavy rain or wind.

Question 8

Do you cook inside homes?

Accepted Answer

Indoor service may be possible in some locations, but it depends on ventilation, space, fire-safety, building rules, and chef approval. We usually recommend an outdoor or covered outdoor cooking area. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether your setup works.

Question 9

What time will the chef arrive?

Accepted Answer

The chef typically arrives about 15 minutes before your party time and will contact you when on the way. Arrival times may vary based on traffic and local conditions.

Question 10

How long does the party last?

Accepted Answer

Most parties last about 1 hour and 30 minutes from the scheduled start time.

Question 11

Do you cook with nuts or sesame products?

Accepted Answer

Our standard menu does not include nuts or sesame products, but please tell us about any allergies before booking so the team can review your needs and reduce cross-contact where possible.

Question 12

Can you accommodate gluten-free diets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly accommodate gluten-free guests. Please bring your preferred gluten-free soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, and let us know in advance so the chef can prepare that portion separately.
