Our Story

Our founder spent 15 years behind the grill at hibachi restaurants. One question kept coming up from guests:“Can you do this at my house?”

That question became Hibachi Now. We started with a single chef and a portable grill in South Florida. Word spread fast — birthdays, graduations, corporate events, even proposals. Every booking brought referrals, and every backyard party proved the concept: people love hibachi more when it comes to them.
